Emergency Stop Station
With Illuminated Reset
A pre-wired, labelled and tested two-device operator station in a Saginaw 806SC painted steel enclosure: a Siemens SIRIUS ACT 40 mm illuminated red emergency stop over a blue illuminated reset pushbutton. The two circuits stay separate the whole way to the machine — the e-stop on an M12 8-pin connector, the reset on its own M12 5-pin.
- Dual-channel safety contactsTwo independent 1 N.C. contact modules on the e-stop head
- 40 mm illuminated mushroomPositive latching, rotate-to-unlatch, on a yellow EMERGENCY STOP backing plate
- Blue illuminated resetMomentary 1 N.O. contact with its own 24 V blue LED and a re-legendable plate
- Two separate M12 connectorsSafety on 8-pin A-coded, reset on 5-pin A-coded, both on 3.2 ft pigtails

Part number: PBS-2 | Drawing D10043 | Think-PLC Ready-Set-Go Series
A pre-wired, labelled and tested two-device operator station: a Siemens SIRIUS ACT 40 mm illuminated red emergency stop with a yellow EMERGENCY STOP backing plate, and a blue illuminated reset pushbutton, mounted in a Saginaw 806SC painted steel enclosure. The e-stop drives two independent normally-closed contact modules for a dual-channel safety circuit; the reset provides a single normally-open contact.
The two circuits stay separate all the way to the machine. The e-stop channels, its 24 V red LED and ground land on an M12 8-pin A-coded male bulkhead; the reset contact and its 24 V blue LED land on a second M12 5-pin A-coded male bulkhead. Both carry a 3.2 ft pigtail. Each unit ships with the customer drawing package it was built from: schematic, model view, cable diagrams and bill of material.
