S7-1500 and ET 200SP labeling strips, printed with your I/O on them.

Pick the module, type the addresses and tag names, choose yellow or turquoise, and we print the strip on a Think-PLC thermal-transfer plate sized for the Siemens front cover. Every channel readable at the panel, no hand-written tape, no half-day in the label software — add them to the cart like any other part.

1Pick the module

S7-1500 / ET 200MP or ET 200SP, by type and order number. The right plate size follows.

2Type the tags

Set the start address; every channel fills in. Type tags or paste a column from TIA Portal.

3See the strip

Live preview at true proportions, yellow or turquoise, with a warning if anything will not fit.

4Add to cart

Each strip is a cart line with its text attached. We print it, check it on the module, and ship.

Why printed strips

The label is the last thing done and the first thing a tech reads.

Sized for the Siemens cover

Think-PLC insert plates: 13 × 109 and 23 × 109 mm for S7-1500 / ET 200MP, 12.5 × 31 mm for ET 200SP. Slide in, done. Same plates we use on our own UL 508A panels.

  • Thermal transfer
  • Solvent resistant
  • Stays in the cover
Addresses done right

Bit and word addresses fill in from one start value the way TIA Portal assigns them, mixed modules switch prefix at the right channel, and analog channels step by word.

  • I / Q / IW / QW
  • Tag-table paste
  • Auto-fit text
Yellow or turquoise, in stock

Fail-safe F-modules come up yellow, standard I/O turquoise - flip either one per strip. White and gray on request. Ships in one to two business days.

  • RAL 1018 yellow
  • Turquoise
  • Bagged per module

Legend plates

Type the tags, we print the strips.

Pick the module, set the start address, type or paste the tag text for every channel, and watch the strip draw itself on the plate. Printed in-house on Think-PLC thermal-transfer plates in yellow or turquoise, cut and bagged per module — slide them into the front cover and the panel is documented.

1

Pick the module

S7-1500 and ET 200MP modules take a 109 mm strip in the front cover — 13 mm wide for 25 mm modules, 23 mm wide for 35 mm modules. ET 200SP modules take a 12.5 × 31 mm strip. Not listed? Use one of the free-text entries and tell us the module in the notes.

Have a tag table? Import it

Export the PLC tag table from TIA Portal (Excel) or drop any spreadsheet / CSV with an address column (%I10.0, %QW100 ...) and a name column. The tool reads it right here in your browser, builds a strip for every module it can see, and fills the tags. Nothing is uploaded.

Drop a .xlsx or .csv here

or . No file? In TIA Portal V21 select the rows in the PLC tag table, press Ctrl+C and paste them below. Columns are found by their headers (Name, Logical Address, Comment); German E/A addresses are fine.

2

Addresses, tags, color

Color rule: fail-safe (F-) modules start yellow, everything else turquoise. Change it per strip if your panel does it differently.

Addresses fill in from the start byte (or word) the way TIA Portal assigns them. Type a tag per channel or paste a whole column from your tag table. Text shrinks to fit the field; if it still will not fit, the preview says so.

The plates we print on sizes, plate codes, prices

Think-PLC insert plates, thermal-transfer printed: solvent resistant, smudge proof, and the special shape stays put in the Siemens front cover. Yellow is RAL 1018; turquoise is our safety-circuit color. White or gray on request.

How the text is laid out and what fits

The module tag sits in the top field. Channel fields follow in module order, grouped the way the terminals are grouped on the front connector; ET 200SP strips with 16 channels use two columns. In "Address + tag" mode a tall field prints the address on one line and the tag on a second; a short field prints them side by side. Text auto-shrinks to the smallest legible size (about 4.5 pt) before the tool warns you. Keep tags short: E-STOP, GUARD 1, MTR 3 RUN.

Field registration on the plate follows the Siemens strip drawing; we check the first strip of every order against the module before we run the rest.

How the price is built plate, ribbon, printer time, labor - in the open

Every strip is priced the same way whatever you put on it. Freight and sales tax are added at checkout. Account customers and OEM partners: request the quote instead and your pricing applies.
