Emergency Stop Station
Illuminated, Dual Channel

A pre-wired, labelled and tested emergency stop station built on Siemens SIRIUS ACT 3SU pilot devices in a Saginaw 1PBGX painted steel enclosure. Two independent normally-closed safety contacts, a 24 V red LED and the ground all land on one M12 8-pin A-coded bulkhead, so the station mounts to a machine with a single cable and no panel wiring.

The station is a passive device. Both channels are volt-free contacts — wire them into your safety relay or F-DI and set the category from the circuit you build around it.
