Enclosure
A pre-engineered spindle control solution for SINUMERIK Run MyRobot systems. One PROFINET drop and one 24 VDC feed replace the umbilical back to the main cell enclosure — controlling one spindle through a DRIVE-CLiQ interface, an integrated valve system and Siemens I/O, while monitoring coolant flow, temperature and air pressure.

Run-My-Robot™ Optional Spindle Control Enclosure
Add a fully integrated spindle package to your Run-My-Robot system with the THINK-PLC Run-My-Robot™ Spindle Control Enclosure. This pre-engineered, pre-wired enclosure provides the spindle-side controls, I/O, pneumatic valve control, instrumentation, and DRIVE-CLiQ interface required to integrate a single electrospindle into a Run-My-Robot machining cell.
Designed as an optional companion to the main Run-My-Robot control system, the enclosure uses Siemens SIMATIC ET 200SP distributed I/O over PROFINET and a SINAMICS SME120 Sensor Module External for direct DRIVE-CLiQ spindle encoder integration. The result is a standardized spindle interface that reduces engineering, field wiring, and commissioning time when adding robotic machining capability.
Compatibility: Engineered around a single Hiteco HX-13/7 series electrospindle configuration. Final spindle, drive, motor, cooling, pneumatic, and application compatibility should be verified by THINK-PLC prior to order.
