Robotic
Tool Change Rack

A floor-standing HSK63 tool rack for robot machining cells. The robot parks and picks its own tooling from spring-steel gripper stations carried on an aluminium extrusion frame, with the tool-change air package, an optional spindle dock and optional BLUM tool setting and work probing built into the same structure. Three, five or eight stations, lagged to the slab and set to your cell geometry.

Configuration

Tool stations 03 / 05 / 08

Each station is a machined pocket with a spring-steel gripper finger sized for HSK-A, HSK-E or HSK-F 63, plus its own taper blow-off regulator.

  • Three stationsSRMR-TCR-63F-03
  • Five stationsSRMR-TCR-63F-05
  • Eight stationsSRMR-TCR-63F-08

Spindle dock D0 / D1

An additional station carrying a machined cradle and adapter plate, so the robot can set down and re-acquire a complete spindle head rather than a tool alone.

  • Without spindle dockD0
  • With spindle dockD1

BLUM probing P0 / P1 / P2

Tool setting mounts on the rack; the work probe lives in the magazine on a BTH25 tool holder. Both run on the same RC66 receiver and IF20 interface.

Laser TCP sensor C0 / C1

A CAPTRON crossed-beam laser sensor mounted and wired on the rack, so the cell sets its own tool centre point instead of an operator setting it by hand.

Robotic Tool Change Rack (HSK63)

Part number: SRMR-TCR-63F

The THINK-PLC Robotic Tool Change Rack is a floor-standing HSK63 tool magazine for robot machining cells. Spring-steel gripper stations are carried on an aluminium extrusion frame with cast floor brackets, and the tool-change air package, the optional spindle dock and the optional BLUM tool setting and work probing are built into the same structure. Three, five or eight stations.

Station pitch, rail height and dock position are set from the robot reach study for your cell, and every rack ships with the fabrication drawing and bill of material it was built from.

A CAPTRON laser TCP sensor can be fitted and wired on the rack as option C1, or bought on its own as the CAPTRON Laser TCP Sensor Kit.

Ordering: Standard configurations are available for direct online purchase. For purchase orders, custom station counts or application support, contact THINK-PLC to configure the solution to your requirements.

Freight is billed separately and is not included at checkout. We will contact you after your order with a freight quote and delivery options; shipment is scheduled after approval. All products are made to order and lead times vary with specification and order volume.
