A complete SIMATIC S7-1500 control chassis on a 10U 19-inch rack panel, or in a Type 12 wall-mount enclosure. Two SITOP PSU4200 supplies feed a redundancy module, a 300 ms buffer and a UPS1600 with battery, so the controller and the network switch ride through a supply dip without a restart. A SCALANCE XC208 managed switch gives the panel eight ports for the plant network.

A complete SIMATIC S7-1500 control chassis, built either on a 10U 19-inch rackmount DIN rail panel for an IT or equipment rack, or in a Type 12 wall-mount enclosure with a door-mounted disconnect. Two SITOP PSU4200 supplies feed a PSE202U redundancy module, a BUF1200 buffer and a UPS1600 with a BAT1600 battery, so the controller and the network switch survive a supply dip or a short outage without restarting. A SITOP SEL1200 splits the 24 V bus into four independently protected channels, and a SCALANCE XC208 managed switch provides eight ports for the plant network.

Choose any of eight S7-1500 CPUs, standard or fail-safe, from the 1511-1 PN to the 1518F-4 PN/DP. Every chassis ships with the schematic set, panel layout, bill of material and connection list it was built from.
