An operator station built around a SIMATIC Unified panel, configured on this page and released to a drawing. Nine screens across the Unified Basic and Unified Comfort families, in a powder-coated steel or 304 stainless operating housing with handle strip, wall-mounted or on a support arm. Choose no operators, E-Stop with Reset, or E-Stop with Reset, Start and Stop — hardwired or on PROFINET — add a signaling column, and see the exact build in 3D before you order. PROFINET and 24 V DC power are already run inside the housing: land your supply and your network cable and it is ready to commission. Built to UL 508A in North Carolina and supplied with the shop drawings and bill of material it was built from.

Installation
Four bolts, one conduit each, running
- Bolt it to the wallFour M8 bolts through the pre-drilled rear, sealing washers included. No brackets to align.
- Open the frontThe handle strips release the front plate; everything you touch is on the mounting plate behind it.
- Connect your conduitTwo hubs in the bottom skin, one for power and one for the network. Nothing enters through the front.
- Pull in 24 V DCTwo conductors on the push-in terminals, +24 V and 0 V. Breaker, grounding and the panel supply are already wired.
- Pull in PROFINETOne cable to the bulkhead. The panel and the operators are already on the network inside.
- Close it and runThe panel boots and your project loads from TIA Portal. Typical time on site: under fifteen minutes.

Printed black overlay covers the front plate to 12.7 mm from the edge: Think-PLC mark, part number, legends and the Ø60 yellow E-Stop ring. Operators sit in Ø22.3 mm keyed cutouts so they cannot rotate: E-Stop, then blue Reset at 70 mm, then green Start and red Stop at 50 mm pitch, the row centred between the HMI and the bottom edge. Positions you do not order are left uncut.

What ships
Field-ready inside the housing
PROFINET is already run from the panel (and from the PROFINET operator module when you choose it) to the field connection point, and the 24 V DC power wiring is already run to the field terminals. On site you land one 24 V DC supply and one PROFINET cable inside the box; nothing else has to be wired to make the station live.
Need custom holes?
Extra cutouts, a different operator layout, gland plates, a selector switch or legends of your own: reach out here and we will add them to your Build ID and to the released drawing.
