Siemens G120
A pre-engineered enclosed drive package built around the SINAMICS G120, released to a drawing and built to UL 508A. Thirteen motor ratings from 2 to 75 HP at 480 V, across five frame sizes, each with a door-interlocked disconnect, 24 V control power and a door-mounted IOP-2. Choose a NEMA 12 or NEMA 3R enclosure, and add Hand/Off/Auto with a speed potentiometer or a contactor bypass. Built in North Carolina and supplied with the shop drawings and bill of material it was built from.

A pre-engineered enclosed drive package built on the Siemens SINAMICS G120, released to a drawing and built to UL 508A. Thirteen motor ratings from 2 to 75 HP at 480 V, three phase, across five frame sizes. Each package includes the PM240-2 power module and CU240E-2 PN control unit, a door-mounted IOP-2, a door-interlocked disconnect with through-door operator, branch protection and a thermal overload relay sized to the rating, 24 V DC control power, and filtered forced-air cooling.
Configuration
· Motor rating — 2, 4, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 or 75 HP. The frame size and enclosure follow from the rating; you do not select them separately.
· Enclosure — NEMA 12 for indoor industrial areas with dust, dirt and dripping non-corrosive liquids, or NEMA 3R for outdoor rainproof service.
· Operator control — IOP-2 keypad only, or IOP-2 with a Hand/Off/Auto selector and speed potentiometer on the door.
· Bypass — drive only, or with a mechanically interlocked bypass contactor arrangement so the motor can be run across the line while the drive is out of service.
Frames A to C (2 to 20 HP) use a Saginaw EL wall-mount enclosure. Frames D and E (25 to 75 HP) use a Saginaw XM floor-mount enclosure and add a power distribution block, a 250 VA control transformer and a Max-Flex through-door breaker operator.
Each unit is built to a released drawing and ships with the shop drawings and bill of material it was built from.
