Subpanel Layout Designer


Lay the back panel out before you pick up a drill. Pick a Saginaw subpanel or any plate, run Panduit duct and DIN rail whose mounting holes land on the real punched patterns, drop drives and breakers on at the drill patterns from their own manuals — and walk away with a per-hole drill schedule, a DXF and a drawing the shop can work from.

A drill schedule you can hand to the shop.

Every run of duct, every rail, every drive lands its mounting holes exactly where the hardware wants them — Panduct slots on 2 in centers, slotted rail on the 25 mm pitch, VFDs and 3VA breakers straight off the manufacturers' installation drawings, with cooling keep-outs refereed for you. Out the other end: per-hole coordinates with tap or clearance drills, a bill of material with sticks to buy, a layered DXF and a branded drawing PDF.

Panels
Every Saginaw SCE subpanel size (the real panel faces, enclosure −3 in), or any generic plate you type in.
Duct & rail by part
Panduit Panduct Type G and Type F by part number with the punched-slot mounting grid, staggered rows on wide duct; Phoenix NS 35/7,5 perforated rail on its 25 mm slot pitch. Horizontal or vertical runs, screws from M4 to 1/4-20, tap-drill or clearance sizes.
Drives
SINAMICS V20, G120C and G120 PM240-2, PowerFlex 523/525 and 753/755 — footprints, drill patterns and cooling keep-outs from the manufacturers' manuals.
Breakers & DIN parts
Siemens 3VA5/3VA6 UL fixing patterns; S7-1200 and common DIN parts that snap onto the rail and count against its fill.
Outputs
Per-hole drill schedule from your datum, bill of material with 6 ft sticks and 2 m rails to buy, layered DXF for the CNC, branded drawing PDF for the job file — and one click sends it to our shop for a drilled-and-tapped panel quote.
