A stainless multitouch operator console and a prewired S7-1500 control panel arrive loaded with the brewery-proven BRAUMAT®/SISTAR® V8.2 batch engine — sequences, recipes, batch logging, trends and alarms preconfigured with starter units. Every point lands on a labeled Phoenix Contact push-in terminal with a printed I/O schedule in the door — connect your field devices and go:

BRAUMAT control capabilities

The Lean tier is the full BRAUMAT/SISTAR feature set, right-sized — the same batch engine that runs major breweries, licensed for 4–40 process units:

Recipe managementMaster recipes organized by category (Brewing, Cellar, CIP…) with every temperature, time, volume and addition as a guarded parameter. Pick Pils, Ale or Export from a list and press Start — a new beer is a copy and a few numbers, never PLC code. Need to tweak a running brew? Change the online setpoint for this batch only; the master recipe stays untouched.
Replay ModeThe DVR for your brewery: scroll back to any moment of any batch and watch the process pictures replay the archived values — jump in from a process picture, an alarm entry, or the batch archive. The answer to “what actually happened at 2 AM” is a slider, not a meeting. (1 TB storage option.)
Step protocolsA chronological record per unit of every step with its setpoints and actuals — times, quantities, temperatures — printable per batch for your quality file.
Orders & batch schedulingQueue production orders with automatic batch numbering; each brew starts on time with its recipe and lot identity attached.
Per-unit sequence controlEvery vessel runs its own step program — mash the next brew while the lauter tun runs off. Hold, resume, or manually advance any unit.

Documentation and training

One engineering source drives everything here: the 3D panel model generates the layout drawing, the datasheet, the bill of materials and the training course — so what you review is exactly what we build. Your kit ships with the full pack current to your serial number: I/O schedule, network drawing, panel layout, recipes, and golden-image backups of the PLC and operator station.

Two editions, one hardware: BREW-KIT-01 runs Siemens BRAUMAT for breweries; BATCH-KIT-01 runs SISTAR for general batch. Both ship as a stainless touchscreen console + prewired S7-1500 control panel, preloaded and water-batch tested.

Base kit price covers the complete two-enclosure hardware system and factory build/test. BRAUMAT/SISTAR licensing and Siemens setup services are quoted separately per plant (license set passes through at documented cost) — contact us for your all-in number and lead time.
