A wall-mount operator station, pre-engineered around a PanelView terminal and released to a drawing. PanelView Plus 7 and PanelView 5500 terminals from 7″ to 15″, in three door configurations — terminal only, terminal with E-Stop, or terminal with E-Stop and Start/Stop/Reset push buttons. Built to UL 508A in North Carolina, and mechanically identical to our Siemens station so a plant can standardise on one enclosure across both control platforms.

Runs FactoryTalk View Machine Edition. Tag-based and controller-agnostic — the natural choice for a retrofit, or for a site already standardised on FactoryTalk View ME.

PanelView 5500 P5

Configured in Studio 5000 View Designer and paired directly with a Logix controller, referencing controller tags without a separate tag database. Choose this for new Logix machines.

A FactoryTalk View ME application does not port to a PanelView 5500, and a View Designer project does not run on a PanelView Plus 7. Settle the family before any screens get built. Other PanelView catalogue numbers can be fitted to the same enclosure on request.

The THINK-PLC Allen-Bradley HMI Enclosure is a wall-mount operator station, pre-engineered around a PanelView terminal and built to UL 508A. PanelView Plus 7 and PanelView 5500 terminals are offered from 7 to 15 inches, in three door configurations: terminal only, terminal with E-Stop, or terminal with E-Stop and Start, Stop and Reset push buttons.

The enclosure, breaker, terminals, grounding and network bulkheads are identical to our Siemens HMI Enclosure, so a plant can standardise on one station across both control platforms. Each unit is built to a released drawing and ships with the shop drawings and bill of material it was built from.

Ordering: Standard configurations are available for direct online purchase. For purchase orders, custom modifications or application support, contact THINK-PLC to configure the solution to your requirements. Other PanelView catalogue numbers can be fitted to the same enclosure on request.
