Run MyCC /ROCO Package
SINUMERIK Run MyCC /ROCO robot compensation, both options. ROCO Accuracy (6FC5800-0BN83-0YB0) compensates static and load-dependent deflection so the TCP holds position under cutting force; ROCO Productivity (6FC5800-0BN84-0YB0) compensates dynamic error so the same accuracy can be held at higher feed and acceleration. Both are delivered as electronic licences (PDF) against a named e-mail address, require customer-specific release from Siemens, and are not available for export variants.

iSiOS Laser Tracking Robot Accuracy Calibration
Laser-based robot accuracy calibration from iSiOS GmbH (Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace). A compact laser on the robot (45 x 11 mm) works with a stationary sensor to measure the real kinematic out to 100 m; proprietary software identifies geometric and kinematic error and compensates it in real time inside SINUMERIK, with operator access through SINUMERIK Operate and no extra hardware in the cell. Corrects both position and orientation error with an adjustable weighting between them, and typically brings absolute accuracy at the TCP to about twice the multidirectional repeatability. Also covers external axis alignment and TCP setup, and includes recalibration so accuracy can be monitored and restored in-house. Scoped per project.
