TIA Accelerator Course
A bench-based commissioning course built on the Think-PLC REE demo rig. Takes an engineer from downloading and licensing TIA Portal all the way to a running, PLC-controlled G120 drive with a live analog speed reference and a proven fail-safe input circuit.
Twenty-one modules — each with lessons and a quiz — plus a final assessment. Covers the Siemens block architecture (OB, FC, FB, DB), I and Q addressing and the process image, PLC data types, UDTs, timers and counters, and an advanced programming track with a step-by-step SCL build. Plus a full hardware reference with both case schematics and the RFID safety switch wiring.
Every lesson carries the slides and drawings it was built from, and the programming modules include reveal-as-you-go practice exercises.
