Join Our Team as a Mechanical Design Consultant

If you think in 3D and love turning an idea into a machine that actually works, we want you. You will design the mechanical side of our automated systems - and see your work built, installed, and run in the real world.

Position: Mechanical Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design machines, weldments, sheet metal, and assemblies in 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
• Produce clear, accurate drawings with proper GD&T and tolerancing.
• Select materials and components with an eye toward design-for-manufacture.
• Collaborate with controls engineering and the shop to bring designs to life.
• Support builds and revisions through fabrication and assembly.
• Keep learning new tools, materials, and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks or Inventor.
• Solid grasp of mechanical design, drawings, and GD&T.
• Knowledge of materials and fabrication methods.
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, buildable designs.
• Curiosity and a drive to grow your craft.
